Delete Your Data — Grava

Grava (package com.grava.app) lets you delete your account and all associated data at any time.

Delete from inside the app (instant)

1. Open Grava and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → About & legal (the About screen).
3. Tap Delete account & data and confirm.

This immediately and permanently deletes your account (email + login), everything you posted and your synced library from our servers, and all data stored on your device.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer open the app, email gravaapp@gmail.com from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account." We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account (email address and login credentials) and your public profile.
• Everything you posted: moments and the screenshots attached to them, comments, ratings and likes.
• Your follows, group memberships, and the groups you created.
• The reports you filed.
• Your feed activity and feed preferences (“Not interested” and hidden games). Feed activity is also deleted automatically after 90 days.
• Your synced library, favorites, progress and play sessions.
• Your Grava Pro badge status.
• All on-device data: library, favorites, progress, sessions, profile, and block list.

What is retained

Nothing that personally identifies you, with one legal exception: if content you posted was reported to the authorities as child sexual abuse material, we keep the evidence the law requires us to preserve. Uninstalling the app also removes all on-device data.

If you subscribed to Grava Pro, Google Play and RevenueCat keep the transaction records they are required to keep for tax and accounting, linked to an account identifier that no longer exists in Grava.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Grava Pro subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or it will keep renewing.
